Summary: The International Field Operations Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent, high-quality performance across international stations within our US network. This role provides support and leadership, training and re-training of colleagues, supports key account operations, and leads the implementation of new procedures and projects. The lead serves as a primary operational resource for stations, ensuring trade compliance, resolving complex issues, and fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of international logistics processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in international Logistics 5 years of experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Travel (domestic) is expected for 25% of the time if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Ability to influence, Lead, motivate, and elevate team and station performance.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for high-impact or complex operational issues
  • Conduct performance reviews of stations and drive a plan to improve consistency, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards to improve logistics processes and procedures continuously
  • Domestic travel to stations as needed
  • Provide onboarding, recurrent training, and skill-based coaching to international colleagues
