This role is for a Contract Contingent, Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay International Development Program/Project Training and Development Specialist (PILAB012). Professional generally located in Washington, District of Columbia, United States — National Capital Region Across The CONUS/OCONUS - Mid-Atlantic Region, supporting a Global labor-program environment spanning technical assistance, trade enforcement, field research, and multilingual stakeholders. This role shall be principally focused on 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training Program Support for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services. We seek International Development Program/Project Training and Development Specialist candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector clients such as ILAB. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian-employed W-2 Position. The Senior Consultant I role(s) are located in the CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic Region, at or near Washington, District of Columbia, United States — National Capital Region, initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual) | Geo Code Address: 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20210. Provide services and support as an International Development Program/Project Training and Development Specialist [DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services] aligned with the DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Government and Public Services Sector Industry Sector. This role focuses on Management and Operations Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL | ILAB) | Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), including the Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking and the Office of Trade and Labor Affairs, Generally Located In Washington, District of Columbia, United States — National Capital Region and across the CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Requirements

  • Demonstrated adult-learning design, MEL knowledge and effective facilitation for diverse international audiences.
  • Recommended: bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, evaluation, or a related field, with MEL training experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Government and Public Services Sector-related Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual Professional and Management Development Training for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services as a Labor Category: Senior Consultant I with activities generally located CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic | CONUS/OCONUS - Mid Atlantic Washington, District of Columbia, United States — National Capital Region.
  • Design and deliver training/TA on indicators, analysis, surveys, adaptive management, and evaluation planning.
  • Facilitate collaborative learning and sensemaking; collect participant feedback.
  • Teach practical methods.

  • Adapt materials to requested languages using qualified translation support.
