International Development Program/Project Data Analyst (PILAB011)
About The Position
ProSidian is seeking a Data Analyst for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services on a contract basis. This role supports a global labor-program environment involving technical assistance, trade enforcement, field research, and multilingual stakeholders. The position is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Senior Consultant I and focuses on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services for DOL ILAB. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Government and Public Services Sector, specifically supporting clients like ILAB. This is a contract contingent position with the possibility of conversion to a full-time W-2 role. The role is hybrid, involving both on-site and virtual work, located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Requirements
- Demonstrated DQA, indicator analysis, spreadsheet maintenance and documented analysis of sensitive program data.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, economics or related field and demonstrated relevant analytical experience.
- Advanced Excel, data cleaning, quantitative/qualitative analysis, reproducible workflows and dashboard design.
- Accuracy, reproducibility, confidentiality, and clear explanation of analytical limits.

Responsibilities
- Provide Government and Public Services Sector-related Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services as a Labor Category: Senior Consultant I.
- Assess indicator validity, reliability, timeliness, precision, and integrity.
- Analyze project data, update Excel grantee reporting annually, and produce dashboards/network models.
- Maintain indicator dictionaries, reporting templates and documented analytical assumptions.
- Segregate PII and support accessible analytical outputs and visualization.
