About The Position

HuntleighUSA is hiring International Cabin Cleaners at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment, we want to hear from you! The International Cabin Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and preparing aircraft cabins to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for passengers and crew. Employees may be assigned to clean both international and domestic flights based on operational needs. International Cabin Cleaner: $16.00 per hour. Domestic Cabin Cleaner: $15.00 per hour. Pay rate is based on the flight assignment.

Requirements

Previous cleaning, hospitality, or airport experience is a plus.
Reliable and dependable attendance.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid birth certificate and government-issued photo ID are required for CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) approval.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach for extended periods.
Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations.
Ability to read, writes, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non DOT) and submit to random testing requirements.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, and other assigned areas.
Remove trash and replace supplies as needed.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe down aircraft surfaces.
Follow all airport, airline, TSA, CBP, and HuntleighUSA safety and security procedures.
Work efficiently to meet aircraft departure schedules.
Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or other issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
