About The Position

The International Markets Enterprise Business Planning team is the enablement engine behind Apple's sales organization, equipping teams across various regions with the tools, insights, and operational frameworks needed to accelerate growth. This role serves as Apple's business intelligence and automation partner for International Markets, focusing on shaping and evolving core sales operations such as forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and quota allocation. The position involves partnering to automate and scale these processes for greater efficiency and consistency, optimizing critical data systems like Dun & Bradstreet and CRM platforms, and co-designing AI workflows with Data Science, Engineering, and Business Analytics teams to transform sales planning and performance analytics. Collaboration is key, working closely with Sales Finance, BPR, Analytics, Enterprise Systems, Data Science, and Engineering teams to bring business context to technical solutions. The role requires staying hands-on in exploring new ideas and prototyping, as well as working with country and regional partners to remove structural barriers and align with global best practices. The ideal candidate possesses deep data expertise, strong business acumen, a passion for AI and automation, and the technical fluency to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, always prioritizing shared business outcomes. Navigating interdependencies within Apple, understanding business financials, and analyzing the market for long-term strategies are crucial. Requirements

  • Experience working in sales planning and business/sales operations; or similar experience in finance or analytics functions, balanced between delivering on short-term revenue goals, while seeing around corners to enable future growth
  • Proven track record operating and influencing within a multinational matrix organisation
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflow design
  • Proven success leading automation initiatives that streamline processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Deep expertise in enterprise data systems with a track record of driving strategic improvements collaboratively
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, including system design, process automation, and improvement
  • Strong proficiency in executive-level presentations and Keynote
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve core sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and quota allocation.
  • Partner to automate and scale sales processes for greater efficiency and consistency across all markets.
  • Optimize critical data systems, including Dun & Bradstreet, CRM platforms, and BI tools, ensuring access to accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
  • Co-design AI workflows and intelligent automation with Data Science, Engineering, and Business Analytics teams to transform sales planning, performance analytics, and forecasting at scale.
  • Bring business context and requirements to life through shared technical solutions in partnership with Sales Finance, BPR, Analytics, Enterprise Systems, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
  • Stay hands-on when exploring new ideas, prototyping agentic flows, or working through complex challenges alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with Country and regional partners to remove structural barriers, bridge maturity gaps to WW best practices, and ensure regional voices are heard in global roadmap conversations.
  • Analyze the market and think beyond the short-term to enable future growth.
