As our International Advocacy Liaison, you will provide essential non-clinical support, guidance, and interpretation, acting as a dedicated advocate for international patients and their families to ensure seamless care and effective communication. Every day you will coordinate appointments, referrals, and specialized services, resolve problematic and crisis situations, and manage financial transactions, all while ensuring regulatory compliance and addressing grievances. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional advocacy, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of international patient needs, financial protocols, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compassionate and efficient support.
