About The Position

This position is available only to enrolled American University students. Most student positions at American University are eligible to use Federal Work Study (FWS) awards, with a few exceptions. Nice To Haves

An interest in learning more about international education and admissions is recommended.
Two years of availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responding accurately and promptly to high volumes of email inquiries using predetermined FAQ templates.
Analyzing data to determine if applicants meet International Admissions’ application requirements.
Reviewing certain documents submitted by students/counselors to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
Special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
