Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and set them up with Service Advisors to begin service appointment
- Answer phones to assist guests and schedule appointments if necessary
- Manage loaner fleet (Utilization, cleanliness of vehicles before and after use, make sure each loaner has an adequate amount of fuel before going out on loan, etc.)
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure PDI vehicles, CPO and sales concerns are handled accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage Valet program-ensuring valets are on time to pick up and return guest vehicles
