About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Internal Service Advisor for Napleton's Genesis of Aurora. This role is a crucial link between the dealership’s service department and internal teams, managing repairs for inventory, company vehicles, and reconditioning. This is an opportunity to join one of the country’s largest and most successful automotive dealership groups, affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states. Requirements

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Nice To Haves

• CDK experience is preferred
• Tech Savvy- able to learn and utilize technology
• Previous Dealership Service Advisor Experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Writing internal service repair orders for new cars and used cars, dispatching work to technicians, and subletting work if necessary
• Coordinate after sales accessory installation/repairs
• Ensure proper and complete documentation and billing on repair orders
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Other duties assigned by management
