About The Position

Car Pros is seeking an experienced Internal Service Advisor to support our service department operations. Automotive experience is required. CDK experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Automotive service experience (required)
• CDK experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise the express team to ensure timely completion of vehicles
• Coordinate workflow with team leads
• Check in and inspect new vehicles for damage
• Stock vehicles accurately in CDK and process price amendments
• Open, manage, and close repair orders for new, used, and detail vehicles
• Prepare repair estimates and itemized work orders for used vehicles and obtain authorization
• Ensure shop equipment is functioning and report maintenance needs
• Perform vehicle start-ups, short test drives, and lot repositions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies
• Support a clean, safe, and professional work environment
