Obtain the training necessary to know what is covered under warranty for each franchise. Track new and used cars through each step of the reconditioning process. Prioritize urgent vehicle needs based on delivery deadlines, client commitments, and inventory turn objectives. Coordinate with vendors to complete work needed for the reconditioning process. Process and submit Certified Preowned Paperwork Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Service, Parts, Detail, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless internal vehicle readiness. Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturer compliance before closing. Communicate repair timelines proactively to internal stakeholders, including Sales Managers and Inventory Managers. Review estimates for accuracy and identify opportunities to control reconditioning expense without compromising quality. Maintain accurate records in DMS/CRM systems or franchise manufacturer portals. Ensure warranty claims, sublet invoices, and vendor billing are processed correctly and timely. Assist with audit readiness for warranty, CPO, and manufacturer compliance documentation. The opportunity is for you if you have: Experience with luxury or exotic automotive brands strongly preferred. Experience as an Internal/Used Car advisor. Experience in sourcing aftermarket and used parts thru eBay and other methods. Experience in determining sublet repair vs replacement of interior / trim / paint work Experience using, I-Recon or other Used Car software system. Knowledge of manufacturer warranty administration and reconditioning workflows preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-value vehicles simultaneously.
