The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Floor. This role involves hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives and supervisors, with a significant portion of time spent on the Sales Floor providing coaching and support. The manager will set monthly team goals, lead weekly sales meetings, and conduct sales presentations. They will also train new representatives according to specified agendas, train and develop new dealers, and implement company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role includes participating in marketing events, enforcing dealer account manager expectations, and developing sales and marketing materials. Other duties as assigned.
