As an Internal Sales Consultant, you’ll be the engine behind our sales strategy - partnering closely with Key Account Directors to engage consultants, develop firm-level strategies, and win new business. You’ll be the go-to resource for Directors and consultants, helping to position our offer, products, and services with precision and insight. Drive Growth with Purpose: Partner with Directors to strategically develop and drive new Recordkeeping and Investment business. Manage Complexity with Clarity: Serve as a strategic partner, aligning long-term plans with evolving business needs. Build Relationships: Cultivate deep connections with your Key Account team, business partners, and consultants, to deliver value. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with teams across Workplace Solutions, Financial Advisor Services, Investment Management, and others to deliver a seamless experience and a compelling offer.
