Job Description: This job is responsible for identifying and providing investment products and trainings to Financial Solutions Advisors (FSAs), enabling them to match investment solutions that will fulfill and meet client needs. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership to identify gaps in performance and build out support to drive advice delivery, by leveraging, coordinating FSA training to strengthen advisor investment acumen on Merrill platforms and True Advice Excellence (TAE) process. Job expectations include defining and measuring goals for advised solution, enterprise delivery and book management. In addition to leadership support, this job is responsible for providing support to advisors on an ADHOC basis.
