About The Position

Mazda of Valencia is seeking a motivated, organized, and team-oriented Internal Service Advisor to join our growing fixed operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the flow of internal repair orders, used vehicle recon, warranty coordination, and communication between departments to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and accurately. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering operational excellence behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Service advisor or service department experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • CDK and dealership software experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work effectively with both service and sales departments
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Open, manage, and close internal repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate used vehicle reconditioning with the sales department
  • Communicate repair status updates with managers, technicians, and sales staff
  • Monitor parts availability and assist in expediting delayed repairs
  • Ensure all repair orders contain proper story documentation and supporting information
  • Work closely with technicians to maintain workflow and minimize downtime
  • Track vehicle status and prioritize repairs based on business needs
  • Assist with warranty administration and documentation when necessary
  • Maintain organization and follow-up throughout the repair process
  • Support service management with daily operational needs
