About The Position

The Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician works closely with experienced veterinarians and technicians to provide comprehensive medical care to pets with complex internal medicine conditions. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in veterinary technology preferred.
• Certification as a veterinary technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and perform diagnostics.
• Assist with specialized procedures.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia.
• Administer treatments.
• Maintain medical records.
• Communicate compassionately with guests and provide education.
