About The Position

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Sports Medicine Physician to join a multidisciplinary medical team in Annapolis, Maryland. The physician will work one day per week in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment focused on high-quality care and work-life balance. The role includes evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and related conditions, coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and support staff, and documenting clinical care. There is no call and no weekend work. Compensation is $200 per hour or more, depending on training and specialty.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries and related conditions.
• Order and review diagnostic imaging and laboratory testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete return-to-work evaluations as appropriate.
• Refer patients for therapy or specialist care when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
