Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an Internal Medicine Residency Program Director for a 0.5 FTE position. This is a mission-driven organization with a deep commitment to medical education and physician development. The Edward Winga, MD Internal Medicine Residency Program, founded in 1968, is one of the organization's most established training programs, focused on shaping the next generation of compassionate, skilled physicians. The preferred candidate will be an American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)-certified provider with at least three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience. Preference may be given to providers currently practicing in internal medicine or another internal medicine subspecialty. Candidates from a range of subspecialty backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Applications should include a formal letter of intent, current resume, and references. The selected candidate is expected to move into the role by spring 2027.
