About The Position
MercyOne Regency Clinic is actively seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our exceptional care team in Mason City, Iowa. This is a busy outpatient practice with instant volume, allowing you to join a team of 3 Physicians and 4 ARNP’s. The practice offers traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics. Call is minimal and phone-only. The clinic is conveniently located with lab, X-Ray, pharmacy, and a convenient care clinic on-site. The team has very high engagement scores. The clinic is located 2 miles from MercyOne North Iowa, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital that has been named a Top 100 Hospital nationally.
Requirements
- BC/BE
- Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
- Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required
- Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible
- Above average communication skills
- Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
- All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of references, background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen.
