About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care exclusively for adult patients. The physician will diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services. The practice includes 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week, with a sustainable patient volume averaging 2-3 patients per hour. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, nursing, care management, and specialty providers is essential for delivering coordinated care. The role utilizes established workflows and electronic medical records to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Experience providing comprehensive outpatient adult primary care.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Commitment to relationship-based, community-focused care.
