About The Position

Deaconess Illinois Clinic is offering a guaranteed salary of $300,000 along with a $50,000 sign-on bonus for a 5-year contract, for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Marion, IL. This position will include a full-time clinic 80% and 20% procedures/outpatient practice alongside an established NP, general surgeons, colorectal surgeons, and more. Patients per day 18-22 and no call. Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM. Competitive, productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile).
