About The Position
Duly Health and Care in Glen Ellyn is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician committed to empowering health and elevating patient care, while pursuing innovative solutions with the care team. The physician can practice with autonomy and support from a collaborative network of more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, and comprehensive ambulatory services, including imaging, laboratory services, and physical and occupational therapy. The position offers a strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Primary Care and more than 1,000 Duly providers. The schedule provides 36 patient hours per week, with flexible scheduling. The practice’s physician-led model supports physician-directed medicine, individualized evidence-based care, physician governance, and the opportunity to buy into the practice for shareholder rights and potential long-term financial value. The anticipated base compensation range is $250,000–$300,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional eligible compensation may include productivity and sign-on bonuses, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus. Total target cash compensation may range from $275,000–$450,000. The role also includes CME funds and a shareholder track for equity eligibility. The position is based in Glen Ellyn, in the Chicago suburbs.
