Internal Medicine Physician
About The Position
Duly Health and Care is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician in Hoffman Estates who is committed to empowering health, elevating patient care, and pursuing innovative solutions with the care team. The role offers autonomy and support within a collaborative physician-led network, with access to more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, and services including imaging, laboratory services, and physical and occupational therapy. The position includes a strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Primary Care and more than 1,000 Duly providers. The schedule provides 36 patient hours per week. Physicians can practice with autonomy in a patient-centered environment focused on individualized, evidence-based care, and may pursue shareholder eligibility. The role is based in Hoffman Estates, in the Chicago suburbs. Anticipated base compensation is $250,000–$300,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position may also offer productivity bonuses, a sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus. Total target cash compensation may be $275,000–$450,000.
