About The Position

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a primary care role. This is a full-time, employed position within a large, growing multi-specialty group of over 100 providers. The role is outpatient only, meaning no inpatient rounding or hospital responsibilities. Physicians will work a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or evening call. The position offers the opportunity to join established practices with strong existing patient panels, ensuring a short ramp-up period. The environment is collaborative, with direct access to on-site specialist support. The organization is physician-led, mission-driven, and serves the greater Tucson community.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients.
• Focus entirely on patients without the burden of hospital rounding.
