About The Position

Are you a Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) seeking a highly stable, outpatient-only role that offers an elite salary alongside genuine work-life balance? An established, long-standing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Riverside County is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven clinical team. This position is 100% outpatient with zero nights, zero weekends, and no inpatient round responsibilities. To support clinical wellness and longevity, we offer a highly predictable schedule, dedicated weekly administrative time, and a flexible 32-hour workweek option. Because of our FQHC designation, this role is fully eligible for premier state and federal student loan forgiveness programs (PSLF).

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California (or eligible to obtain).
  • Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
  • Reliably commute to the clinic or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Medical bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) is highly valued but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care, routine wellness exams, and preventive care to a diverse patient demographic.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute illnesses and chronic health conditions.
  • Order, interpret, and track laboratory work, diagnostic imaging, and relevant tests.
  • Prescribe medications, manage therapies, and administer routine vaccinations.
  • Coordinate complex care plans and specialist referrals within a collaborative, team-based care model.
  • Maintain accurate, efficient documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate alongside nursing staff, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.
  • Optional: Opportunities are available to precept medical students or residents if desired.
