Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care
About The Position
Overlake Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Internal Medicine Physician for our Bellevue, WA location. This is a physician-led organization where you'll experience the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice but with the support and stability of an employed position. The medical center offers a wide range of services, including 11 Primary Care Clinics, 4 Urgent Care Clinics and 22 Specialty Clinics on Seattle’s Eastside. Their integrated electronic health record allows for easy flow of critical health information that is highly coordinated across all of their locations. Overlake Medical Center is a 349-bed, nonprofit regional medical center offering a full range of advanced medical services to the Puget Sound region. Led by a volunteer board of trustees, they employ nearly 3,000 people and have some 1,000 active and courtesy providers on their medical staff, including more than 200 providers who are employed by the organization. They were the first Level III Trauma Center on the Eastside and are known for providing award-winning, compassionate and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
- Completion of a US residency program
- Washington physician license
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
Responsibilities
- RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- Centralized pharmacist refill support
- Provider EPIC trainer
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
- Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model
