About The Position

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their established, well-supported practice in Southern Arizona. This is a full-time, employed position within a large, growing multi-specialty group. The role is outpatient only, focusing on primary care without inpatient rounding responsibilities. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or evening call, allowing physicians to concentrate on patient care and enjoy a good work-life balance.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients.
• Focus entirely on patients without the burden of hospital rounding.
• Collaborate with other physicians and specialists.
• Manage a patient panel within an established practice.
