About The Position

A well-established regional healthcare organization in western Connecticut is seeking two Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join its growing primary care network across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton. These are full-time, direct hire positions with a stable, patient-centered group focused on high-quality outpatient care. The group offers a supportive, team-based environment with strong administrative backing, modern practice facilities, and an emphasis on continuity, prevention, and chronic disease management for adult patients.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Connecticut medical license
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based primary care and collaborative practice

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care.
• Focus on continuity, prevention, and chronic disease management for adult patients.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team including APPs, nursing, and care coordination support.
