About The Position
Join the core faculty of a well-established Internal Medicine Residency Program in partnership with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. This opportunity combines outpatient clinical care with resident education, academic leadership, and scholarly activity.
Requirements
- Board certified in Internal Medicine.
- Strong commitment to outpatient care and resident education.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.
- 2026 graduates are not eligible for this immediate need.
Nice To Haves
- Postgraduate clinical experience preferred.
- Prior teaching or chief resident experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor residents and medical students.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic leadership.
- Collaborate with UCF COM faculty and contribute to the academic mission.
- Engage in scholarly activities including research, publications, and presentations.
- Lead clinic-only attending days and participate in didactic teaching.
