Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, office administration, marketing coordination, employee engagement, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, or communications is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • A self-starter who takes initiative

Responsibilities

  • Create Unforgettable Employee Experiences: Plan and execute events such as company meetings, WOW Day celebrations, recognition events, and team activities. Coordinate logistics, manage event details, oversee setup and teardown, and ensure every experience reflects the Crystal D standard of excellence.
  • Keep Everyone Connected: Craft and distribute internal communications, maintain company communication channels, and ensure employees stay informed and engaged. Ensure messages are clear, timely, and impactful.
  • Support Employee Recognition: Assist with anniversary celebrations, awards, appreciation events, and other programs that help employees feel valued and celebrated.
  • Help Keep the Office Running Smoothly: Provide administrative support across the organization, assist with scheduling and purchasing, maintain event supplies and resources, and help coordinate office activities.
  • Find Better Ways to Work: Streamline event planning processes, maintain organized documentation, and identify opportunities to make things run more efficiently.
