About The Position

The Internal Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing and transferring material from the warehouse to the production site in a timely manner. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to understand and prioritize production needs. The candidate will also be responsible for inventory accuracy for outbound material.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED
  • At least 5 years of experience in Inventory/warehousing
  • Inventory SAP Experience
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
  • Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time
  • Must be willing to travel to offsite warehouse and main site as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • SAP MM, WM module experience
  • Expert level knowledge of SAP
  • Math proficiency
  • Familiarity with ERP and data entry systems

Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to eAndons and Smartsheet requests for both ITR and CBR businesses.
  • Prioritize picking of material based on production needs and coordinate the picking with material handlers for staging.
  • Lead scheduling for trucks and prioritize material delivery to the main site by coordinating with the inventory team and leads as needed.
  • Ensure the staging area for trucks is organized, safe, and clean.
  • Ensure good Visual management for outbound material.
  • Ensure SAP transactions are completed as needed for outbound material and work with the inventory team for corrective actions.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the main site for all incoming communication regarding material deliveries.
  • Support Inventory operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
