This individual will bring strong writing and editing skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Working closely with internal partners, employee resource groups (ERGs), and the IDEA Council, the coordinator supports a variety of communication initiatives and campaigns that align with organizational goals, amplify DEI efforts, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
