About The Position

This application is for current Aug Prep employees interested in transferring to a different role within the organization. This includes transfers between campuses, to different schools/departments on the same campus, or to different roles within your current school/department. It is important to speak with your current manager before applying and to only apply for roles currently open on the Aug Prep Website. Submitting a transfer request within 2 weeks of a role being posted is strongly recommended. A cover letter is required, detailing your interest in the role, relevant skills and experiences, and areas where you might need support from a new manager. If you advance in the process, you will be required to interview, and may also undergo additional steps such as panel interviews, demonstration lessons, scenario completion, and SLT interviews. Transfers do not guarantee additional pay and may sometimes result in a decrease in pay. The pay scale is consistent across North and South Campuses and within different schools (e.g., middle vs. high school). Generally, your current role will not be offered to someone else while you are in the hiring process for another Aug Prep role.
