Internal IT Systems Engineer
About The Position
Eagle Media is seeking an Internal IT Systems Engineer to join its team of employee-owners. The position may be based flexibly across the company’s broadcast footprint in Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri, and requires travel across the footprint as necessary. The selected candidate must pass a criminal history background check and motor vehicle check. The engineer will oversee company internal IT systems, research new technologies, manage servers, administer email and office collaboration systems, and purchase and install hardware and software. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Proven history of administering IT systems in a commercial business environment.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, along with the ability to maintain their intended working operation.
- Experience managing wired and wireless networks.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively to IT problems while maintaining a positive manner.
- Ability to travel across the company footprint as necessary.
- Must pass a criminal history background check and motor vehicle check.
