About The Position
We are seeking an HR professional with experience in Leave of Absence (LOA) and Accommodations to support our internal employees. This role manages FMLA, ADA, state leave programs, accommodations, return-to-work processes, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of LOA and accommodation administration experience
- Experience with FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave programs
- Strong knowledge of leave and employment laws
- HRIS experience and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and case management abilities
Nice To Haves
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Workers' Compensation experience
- OSHA recordkeeping experience
- PrismHR experience
