About The Position

The Internal Events Coordinator will lead coordination and seamless execution of internal events in Kansas City while supporting broader event initiatives across the Americas. They will manage logistics across multiple event types, supporting both internal stakeholders and external guests.

Responsibilities

  • Leading coordination and execution of Populous Kansas City events, including Speaker Series, Lunch & Learns, All Staff meetings, and other office programming.
  • Supporting events involving external organizations and internal client-facing meetings.
  • Coordinating event logistics across office spaces, including shared conference areas.
  • Manage event approval processes, scheduling and location coordination.
  • Coordinating food and beverage planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Arranging guest access, parking and security logistics.
  • Ensuring event spaces are fully prepared, including signage, setup and vendor coordination.
  • Oversight of event setup, execution and cleanup.
  • Serving as point of contact for vendors, caterers and external partners.
  • Greeting and managing guest experience throughout events.
  • Monitoring event flow and ensuring adherence to expectations and policies.
  • Assisting with Americas-based events outside of Kansas City, including travel coordination, meeting logistics and reservations.
  • Supporting leadership meetings, office visits and special events.
