As the Internal Communications Coordinator, you will strengthen connection and clarity across the organization by leading strategic internal and executive communications. Youâll help employees stay up to date on Sand Valleyâs vision, goals, priorities, and key initiativesâwhile bringing our culture and employer brand to life through storytelling, collaboration, and consistent communications experiences. This role partners closely with People & Culture and Marketing/Communications, working cross-functionally with leaders and teams throughout the resort. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and relationship-builder who can translate complex topics into clear, engaging messagingâand whoâs energized by creating moments that connect, inspire, and reinforce a strong team culture.
