About The Position

As the Internal Communications Coordinator, you will strengthen connection and clarity across the organization by leading strategic internal and executive communications. You’ll help employees stay up to date on Sand Valley’s vision, goals, priorities, and key initiatives—while bringing our culture and employer brand to life through storytelling, collaboration, and consistent communications experiences. This role partners closely with People & Culture and Marketing/Communications, working cross-functionally with leaders and teams throughout the resort. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and relationship-builder who can translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging—and who’s energized by creating moments that connect, inspire, and reinforce a strong team culture. At Sand Valley, our work is guided by a shared set of core values that shape how we lead, how we serve, and how we show up for each other and our guests: Stewardship: We value and respect our community, our team, our environment, and our guests. We are stewards of the land, our property, and our brand. Authenticity: We are genuine. We act with honesty and integrity. We bring our best self each day and look for the best in others. Collaboration: We approach our work without ego—working together to support one another and deliver incredible experiences. Curiosity: We learn from each other and our guests. We ask questions, share ideas, seek a better way, and show genuine interest in others. Passion: We are devoted to delivering the best possible experience, knowing every detail matters. We inspire each other and celebrate success. This role is expected to model and operationalize these values through every communication, campaign, and employee experience touchpoint.
