About The Position

Keystone Quality Transport and LifeStar Response are seeking a Social Media & Internal Communications Coordinator to be their storyteller. This role involves traveling to various locations within their service area (Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and the Washington D.C. Metro area) to capture photos and videos, create engaging social media content, and develop internal communications. The goal is to highlight the company's operations, celebrate employees, support recruiting efforts, and strengthen company culture by showcasing the impactful work done by the organization's diverse teams.

Requirements

Genuinely enjoy talking to people.
Ability to turn ordinary moments into great stories.
Camera roll is overflowing.
Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.
Creative and organized.
Proactive and takes initiative.
Comfortable approaching new people and building relationships.
Enthusiasm for learning new apps, trends, and creative ideas.
Willingness to get hands-on for the perfect shot.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Experience with photography or videography.
Experience managing social media for a business or organization.
Understanding of branding and content strategy.
Experience in healthcare, EMS, or public safety.

Responsibilities

Capture photos and videos around our operations.
Create Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and engaging social media content.
Write fun, engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Celebrate employee milestones, promotions, certifications, birthdays, and accomplishments.
Highlight our crews, dispatchers, mechanics, and support teams.
Showcase community events, training, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Help create employee appreciation campaigns and recognition programs.
Keep employees informed with engaging internal communications.
Create recruiting content that makes people want to join our team.
Travel throughout our service area to tell the stories happening every day.
