Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Audit Professional to join the Audit Practices Group (APG) as a Director within the Internal Audit Department. APG is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the department's audit methodology, supporting audit teams globally, and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen audit quality, consistency, and effectiveness. This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong foundation in internal audit and a passion for methodology, process improvement, training, and regulatory engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with audit teams, department leadership, and key stakeholders to support the continued evolution of the Internal Audit function. The Internal Audit Division (IAD) drives attention and resources to vulnerabilities by providing an independent and well-informed view and impactful messages about the most important risks facing our Firm. This is accomplished by performing a range of assurance activities to independently assess the quality and effectiveness of Morgan Stanley’s system of internal control, including risk management and governance systems and processes. IAD serves as an objective and independent function within the Firm’s risk management framework to foster continual improvement of risk management processes. This is a Director level position within Internal Operations and Quality Control, which is responsible for efficient and effective functioning of the department, supporting the ultimate delivery of high-quality assurance services.
