About The Position

Protiviti’s Internal Audit and Financial Advisory internship gives interns the opportunity to work with clients, typically leading global companies, and collaborate with teams to address complex business problems. Interns gain experience across industries and develop technical, professional, and leadership capabilities through client work, internal initiatives, hands-on training, and interaction with practice leaders. Technology Audit and Advisory addresses technology risks and opportunities, including cybersecurity, AI risk, data governance, cloud, privacy, software development, technology resilience, controls, regulatory compliance, and technology governance. The role follows Protiviti’s hybrid model, combining purposeful in-person work with remote work. Interns may work in local offices and at client sites, with local or out-of-state travel depending on project and client needs.
