About The Position
The Vheda Health Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing, outcomes-driven healthcare organization. Interns are embedded within core business functions and contribute to projects that directly support member outcomes, operational performance, and organizational growth. This is a structured, project-based program designed to provide real exposure to healthcare operations, analytics, technology, and enterprise functions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Interest in healthcare, analytics, technology, or business operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to the full internship duration
Nice To Haves
- Relevant coursework or internship experience aligned to selected track
- Demonstrated analytical, technical, or project-based experience
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day team operations and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to projects focused on improving healthcare outcomes, engagement, and efficiency
- Analyze data, document processes, or support workflow improvements depending on assignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across clinical, analytics, and corporate functions
- Complete a capstone project and present recommendations to leadership
