About The Position

Adient’s internship program is designed to give students hands-on experience in the automotive seating industry. Finance interns will be assigned to one of our regional or central finance departments and will support financial reporting, analysis, and/or budgeting activities. The internship is located at our Plymouth, Michigan headquarters. Typical projects may include: Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyzing cost structures and support program profitability tracking. Working with ERP systems like SAP to extract and analyze financial data. Supporting internal audits and compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and working towards a 4 year bachelors degree (Finance/Business/Engineering)
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week
• Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0. (or foreign equivalent)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail, organization skills and follow-up
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or co-op experience an added plus
