About The Position
This is a paid internship for a college sophomore, junior or senior, working toward a degree in Accounting with opportunity to earn academic credit. This is an entry-level internship that offers the chance to learn our operation from the ground up.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- A commitment to high-quality and accurate work product
- A proactive “can do” spirit. Doesn’t require a lot of supervision. When there is nothing to do, will find something to do. Eager to help the business succeed.
- Ability to process information timely
- Positive and proactive attitude
Responsibilities
- Prepare, scan and file client tax documents for processing
- Execute document workflows
- Assist with tax returns with supervision
- Organize scanned documents for digital storage (using Sureprep software)
- Assist in daily business operations
- Other duties as assigned.
