About The Position
The Cross Family of Agencies is seeking talented and dedicated interns to learn about the insurance industry. This growth position involves assisting with the day-to-day technical and clerical needs of the Personal Lines division. Interns will support sales service teams with ad hoc projects, create email blasts, conduct Google research to support networking and book growth, and assist with Personal Lines processing and billing. There is also an opportunity to receive training for the Account Manager role.

Benefits
- Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $20.00–$22.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
