About The Position

HPI Tenant Advisors (HPITA) is the premier tenant-representation platform in Central Texas, exclusively advising companies on their commercial real estate and facility needs. Our team represents a diverse client base across a broad scope of industries, advising organizations that range from early-stage companies to some of the world’s largest Fortune 50 enterprises. We are looking for exceptional interns to join us this fall, develop a deeper understanding of our industry, and make contributions to our team.

Requirements

• Reside in the Austin, TX area (August-December).
• Currently enrolled in college (Rising Sophomore-Senior).
• Possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, critical thinking skills, and self-motivation.
• Show up to meetings on time with a notepad and pen, ready to take notes.
• Be a strong communicator, personable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the team and make contributions.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Take notes during meetings to ensure success at any task.
• Ask questions at appropriate times or research subject matter independently for deeper understanding.
