About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Intern to participate in a program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge across the company’s business areas and the professional services industry. The program exposes the Intern to different departments and combines hands-on training with opportunities to interact across departments. It is intended to help develop leadership, organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Other co-op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• A leadership or management role in campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a program providing knowledge across the company’s business areas and the professional services industry.
• Engage with different departments through hands-on training and interaction.
