About The Position

This internship is based within a UBS Wealth Management Americas (WMA) branch office, where the team provides advice-based solutions to ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families. Interns work with wealth management experts to learn about the industry, clients, and firm while gaining practical experience, developing skills, and building a professional network. The role offers exposure to client-impacting projects, WMA leadership, product knowledge, team marketing, and the operation of an entrepreneurial business model.

Requirements

Be enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university.
Have a balanced resume that includes solid academic performance and campus involvement.
Show a genuine interest in developing a career in Wealth Management.
Demonstrate a positive, can-do approach.
Be able to analyze problems, develop ideas, and make decisions.
Demonstrate good judgment.
Be able to plan, organize, and execute tasks.

Responsibilities

Work on projects that have real impact on clients.
Support the team of wealth management experts.
Attend presentations by WMA leaders to learn about the industry, culture, and strategy.
Gain product knowledge through internal and external partner sessions to support the team.
Plan team marketing events and materials.
Assist with responsibilities involved in running an entrepreneurial business model.
