Interns enhance the service delivery at SCO Family of Services through their willing participation in program activities that enrich and compliment the programs in which they are placed. In placement, Interns will be offered an array of field experience that will effectively meet their learning needs related to engagement, assessment, interviewing, basic casework etc. Interns are expected to have flexibility to accommodate program need and are required to complete administrative tasks as associated with their placement functions. A qualified (SIFI Certified, or otherwise appropriately credentialed) licensed staff member will provide Interns with field instruction including 1-2 hours of supervision weekly. The Intern will have the opportunity to attend internal and external relevant seminars and workshops. Statement SCO Family of Services is committed to ensuring the safety of our clients.
