About The Position

A Certified Legal Intern presents guilty pleas, summary hearings, preliminary hearings and various other minor hearings on behalf of the Commonwealth. The Intern also researches legal issues, prepares legal memorandum and assists ADA’s with legal answers and briefs.

Requirements

  • Have completed at least 2 years of Law School and obtained legal intern certification.
  • Must be certified to appear in court.

Responsibilities

  • Hearings 50 %
  • Research and Writing 50%
  • Observe Court.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
