About The Position

The Intern will have the opportunity to work alongside BAPI Professionals to further understand the company and to gain first-hand insight into a career at BAPI offering opportunities in multiple departments. Learning opportunities in but not limited to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales. Projects may be assigned based on school requirements and/or learning goals of Intern.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• General Knowledge on the Industry and Field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
• Ability to do Math
• Reading skills and comprehension
• Problem Solving skills
• Attention to details
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully, culturally competent and collaboratively
• Excellent Ability to communicate in verbal, written and electronic forms in a professional manner when working with employees, vendors and company contacts

Responsibilities

• Understands the overall vision and goals of the company
• Rotates through departments based on areas of interest to gain knowledge of the fields and industry, while providing feedback on learning opportunities
• Assists the company with tasks set out by various teams and working closely with different team members to learn more about the company
• Accepts designated business-focus projects, proposes ideas and solutions and presents response
• Attend educational workshops or classes; reviewing related publications; as they relate to specific area of study
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects and tasks as delegated supervisor.
